Hello & Happy Dancing!!!!!!

I am a certified Group Exercise and Yoga Specialty instructor. Dance aerobics are my favorite group exercise. Learn more at: www.zumbaofmichigan.com (Clinton County)

Everyone can enjoy a super-fun total body workout in my Zumba class.

My goal is to teach many people how to have LOTS of fun while getting LOTS of healthy exercise.

  • Qualifications:
  • <b>Zumba&reg; Basic</b><br /> Licensed to teach regular Zumba&reg; classes.
  • <b>Zumba Gold&reg;</b><br /> Licensed to teach specially designed Zumba&reg; classes for the active older adult or deconditioned participant.
  • <b>Zumba&reg; Toning</b><br /> Licensed to teach body-sculpting techniques using Zumba&reg; Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and build strength.
  • <b>Zumbatomic&reg;</b><br /> Licensed to teach the custom-designed kids program that blends dance-fitness routines with fun games and high-energy music.
